We make the biometric step of rent agreement registration simple: post the job once, choose a trusted person nearby, approve their proof and pay them directly.
Biometric Lead is a marketplace, not an agency. Everyone has the same account — you can post leads for your own customers and also pick up work near you. We never handle the token details in the open: they are encrypted and shared only with the one person you approve.

Biometric Lead is built by a small team that has worked with rent agreement agents and biometric service providers across India. We saw good work lost to missed calls and late payments, and built a place where the whole job — from the first request to the final UPI payment — is recorded and fair to both sides.

Frequently asked questions
A biometric lead is a request for someone to visit a customer and complete the biometric step (fingerprints and photo) for an online rent or leave-and-licence agreement registration. You post the lead; trained people nearby offer to do it.
Yes. The token password is encrypted in our database and is never shown in the lead list, notifications or emails. Only you and the one Worker you approve can see it, every reveal is logged for you to check, and the Worker loses access once the lead is closed or cancelled.
Open your lead to see every request with the offered price, the requester's rating and completed jobs. Sort by price or rating, then approve the one you prefer — the others are rejected automatically.
Only after the Worker uploads proof of the finished work and you approve it. You then pay them directly by UPI (scan their QR code, use their UPI ID or tap “Pay via UPI app” on your phone) and record the transaction ID to close the lead.
Use “Send Back” with a reason. The Worker sees your remarks and can fix and resubmit. You never have to pay before you approve the proof.
Posting leads and sending requests is free. You pay the Worker the price you agreed, directly.
Two files: photos or screenshots (JPG, PNG, WEBP or iPhone HEIC), PDF or Word documents, up to 5 MB each. Phone users can take a photo straight from the camera.
Yes, while it is open or assigned. Give a reason; everyone who requested it is notified and the Worker immediately loses access to the token details.
