Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Biometric Lead you agree to these terms.

1. What Biometric Lead is

Biometric Lead is a platform that connects people who need biometric work done (“Lead Creators”) with people who offer to do it (“Workers”). We are not a party to the agreement between a Lead Creator and a Worker, and we do not employ Workers.

2. Your account

  • You must give your real name and a mobile number you control, and keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • You may not request your own leads or create accounts to manipulate ratings.

3. Lead Creators

  • Post accurate details and only token information you are authorised to share.
  • Review submitted proof in good faith and pay the agreed amount once you approve the work.
  • Record a genuine transaction ID when you mark a lead as paid.

4. Workers

  • Use the address, contact and token details only to complete that job, and never share them.
  • Upload genuine proof of the finished work and accurate payment details.
  • Follow all laws and the rules of the registration authority when doing biometric work.

5. Payments

By default, Lead Creators pay Workers directly by UPI, bank transfer or cash, outside the platform. Biometric Lead records the payment but does not hold or transfer the money and is not responsible for failed or disputed transfers between users. If online payment is enabled, the payment provider's terms also apply.

6. Prohibited use

You may not post illegal, misleading or abusive content, upload malicious files, try to access other users' private details, scrape the site, or interfere with its security.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the quality of work done by Workers, for disputes between users, or for indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the company's registered office have jurisdiction.
